Irsai Oliver

In 1930, in Hungary, this variety originated by crossing Pozsonyi Fehér and Čabianska perla. It is this variety that is used to produce lighter quality wines. However, it is often used for the production of half-fermented wine, in which case this variety is already harvested at the end of August. Wines made from these grapes are not suitable for archiving because they age quickly. The pleasant muscatel taste and aroma make this wine unique and desirable on the market today.
