Payment

All our prices are excluded the value-added tax and commissions. The final price is updated in the checkout based on the billing address/country.

Bank account transfer – payment can be sent to our bank account. Please, do not forget to state your order number in the field for payment identification.

Credit/Debit Card or PayPal – you can pay by using your credit or debit card either directly or via PayPay account, as well.

The distribution of your order will happen  after our bank account has been credited. The delivery will be staged as an insured delivery package to the selected shipping address.

Shipping

Packages are dispatched within 2 business days right after the receipt of payment and are shipped via Post. A special wine packages are used for safety purposes and every package is automatically insured. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs with VAT. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and country of delivery.
